the location of the apartment is magnificent to most places, comfortable to walk around the area. make sure you visit café levels cafe and lounge, serving nice coffee and located 300 metres from the venue.

Non-slip mats were still missing in the bathrooms.

Great location, close to the Royal Mile and attractions. Convenient amenities nearby, such as restaurants, cafes, and a Tesco. Comfortable and well-furnished apartment with a lovely view. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Parking is convenient and easily accessible. Suitable for adults and children, with spacious bedrooms and bathrooms.
Felt very well, no complaints at all.

The apartment was extremely clean and well-maintained. It had all the necessary amenities and the heating was easy to adjust. The location was fantastic, with two bus stops nearby and a small Tesco just a few steps away. The Royal Mile, with its cafes, restaurants, and pubs, was also within walking distance. Having two bathrooms was a bonus.
While the apartment was clean, it could benefit from an upgrade as some of the furniture and kitchen appliances seemed outdated. There were also some minor maintenance issues, like missing screws on the window latches.

The fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and oven was a game-changer. I could cook my own meals and save some money on eating out. Having 2 bathrooms with showers was a lifesaver, especially when traveling with a group. No more waiting in line for the bathroom! The apartment had 2 bedrooms, which was great for privacy and getting a good night's sleep.
Personally, I found the parking a bit tight. It might be challenging for larger vehicles.

For the price we paid, we got excellent value and a really nice, clean, and spacious apartment. The location couldn't have been better, close to the Royal Mile and other attractions. The staff at the reception were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was the selection of food options.

One of the wine glasses had a different size and shape, which could benefit from being replaced.
